We provide teams of experienced bilingual facilitators and trainers who each work in English and one other language.
For many of our multinational clients English is the corporate language but, in many teams, English is not their mother tongue. Our objective is to help participants in important corporate projects or training programmes, whose understanding or spoken ability in English appears insufficient for them to gain full benefit from being there. To achieve this, we are active in:
Planning
Raising awareness of how multi-language and multicultural needs of participants can impact the design of an event Identifying language needs of potential participants Given the programme objectives, identifying and agreeing the optimum solution for handling language requirements e.g. interpreting or bilingual facilitation format (see Delivery Options below)
Preparing
Selecting and providing teams of bilingual facilitators, trainers or interpreters Receiving a verbal and written brief in English Transposing and preparing for delivery in another language e.g. Polish Arranging translation of workshop materials e.g. handouts, tutor notes, presentation slides

Facilitation
Transposing complete workshops/seminars and running the same in another language Bilingual facilitators running the main workshop in one language e.g. English, and breakout groups in other languages e.g. role play, exercises, feedback sessions, advanced/separate briefings Bilingual trainers collaborating with English language trainers by working with breakout/parallel groups in other languages Review, and provide task and process feedback, to give an additional dimension to local country feedback
Interpreting
Providing whispering interpreting (with or without 'tourguide' - radiomicrophone systems) for individual delegates
