Raise awareness amongst participants regarding behavioural and other differences
Encourage them to expect differences not difficulties
We enable multicultural teams to:
Develop awareness and understand issues of multicultural working
Establish and practise mutual tolerance and trust
Define and develop together their own way of working e.g. create own ground rules
Create through experience, a problem-solving model for their team, which can then be applied to tasks of this or any other team in their organisation
